Duplicate Book Entries

I have what looks like a corrupted database on my PaperWhite. (details)

Is there any type of database repair utility or is my only option a factory reset?

LibrarianSync has an option to erase and re-build that database.

It'll rebuild the *Collection* db, not the *Content* db (granted, they're stored in the same actual DB, but LS won't touch the basic content stuff if it's not pertaining to collections stuff).

You'll have to do that over SSH. Or build a basic update package that does a rm -f /var/local/cc.db (which, somehow, feels strangely familiar, so, hey, you might try to do an attachment search on my nick).
