New Colorful Amazon Tablets
These look interesting, but my experience with the $50 cheapo tablet was dismal: loose power connector after 2 mos, they replaced it with one that had an even looser connector, and finally replaced that one with a unit that had dead pixels on the screen. Amazon's quality control for these cheap tablets worries me. If they can fix that, these could be a good deal.

Its even worse if you have to go back for another tin, only to discover that obscure shade of blue is no longer available, at least you can't for the life of you find the one with the same name no matter how many times you go up and down the aisle.

Thanks. I'm glad you got a couple of good ones. I love the potential, and would have been quite satisfied with a working unit.
I saw comments on Reddit where people bought the 6 pack around Christmas and about half were OK, half had bad pixels.

I bought an electric guitar awhile back and it was labelled "blue". I got it and it was that new "Blurple" color used on cars and trucks. I joked with my future son-in-law who has a Toyota truck the same color that he could hang it from his back window as it matches the truck. I also miss the old days when Blue actually was blue
