LRF viewer not opening

In version 0.4.80 when I try to open any books,
instead of lrf viewer starting up Calibre starts up.
From inside calibre the viewer does work.
Also,when I try to set : open with lrf viewer/always use this to open
this type of file, windows doesn't recognize lrf viewer and switches
back to opening calibre.

I'm running a dutch version of xp sp3.
Anybody have any thoughts on this ?

Check the properties of the LRF viewer shortcut. Does it point to lrfviewer.exe of calibre.exe

The Lrf icon opens the viewer no problem
what isn't possible is to get the books to
open with lrf viewer by pointing windows
to the viewer, when I do that it still opens calibre
I can use the view option to read alright
but it's an akward thing to do every time
