p.Heading3 is ignored when generating ToC?

So my ebooks have many p.Heading3.
TOC is generated only to p.Heading2 level. I tried generate new ToC using "Generate to from all heading feature", but there is message that "no items where found that could be added".

Auto detect expects a real Heading eg h1, h2, h3, not p styled as a heading

Use the Generate ToC from XPath using the wizard using the following :

Tag - p
attribute - class
value - Heading\d

If you want all the heading styled p tags to be included
