"Error 1316" When Installing Ebook Library Upgrade

"Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file c:\windows\installer\ebook library by Sony.msi"

Since the network is there, and the file referenced would be local, I have absolutely no idea what the issue is, but for some reason, I just can't convince eBook Library Installer to finish installing its upgrade. Any suggestions?
