Help - Aura stuck in loop :-(

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me. I connected my Aura to my desktop and it did an update. The Aura said updating, then restarting, then restoring. Then it went to a screen saying connect to PC. When I do that the whole cycle starts again..

Any ideas.

Please elaborate.

It says connect to PC, does that actually work, does the PC detect the device, do you have access to the files on it?
