Factory reset/Safe mode for arc?
Apologies if this has already been mentioned.
I've just contracted a nasty virus on my KOBO ARC which has frozen the device. I have googled but cannot find any clear instructions on how to do a basic or factory reset for a KOBO ARC. Nor how to start it In safe mode. The device is working but locked so I can't attempt anything on the Kobo itself although I can access my files via my PC and a USB link. Please help. |
