Sideloading Collections into PW2...?

Ok so my PW2 broke & Amazon is sending me another one. Sooo I thinking of Not Downloading my ebooks BUT Side loading them. I know that IF its Not connected to my Amazon account I cant use the "Collections" Feature.
Can I some how make a File on my PC add it to the PW [SL] & Then Add ebooks to the file as I add them to the PW?

How willing are you to jailbreak your Kindle?

We (still) don't have a closed-Kindle jailbreak, so that would currently involve messing around with the serial port.

Or you can make a literal text file, and just type in the file names .... and re-sideload the text file each time you update it with a new line. I doubt you meant that, but that's alway a possibility. [I still do that, just to keep track of books I've paid real money for, and need to remember to read. ie my To Be Read pile ]
