my kobo touch not being found by laptop does anyone have drivers that i can download

You don't need any drivers; it mounts as a USB mass storage device. Try using a different USB cable and, if possible, plug it into a different USB port on your PC.

Do you have access to a different PC that you could try connecting it to? If it fails on a different PC too, that would suggest a problem with the USB port on the Kobo.
Has it worked previously or is this a new device? |

Do you get the prompt on the Kobo's screen to "Connect" or does that not happen?
