Picture doesn't show on preview

I was trying to vertically center a picture and realize the epub I'm attaching.
Can't see any picture on the editor preview, but it appears properly on ADE.
Am I missing something? Thanks

Its caused by a bug in Qt WebKit, just change the code to use

<svg xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink" ...>
<image ... />
</svg>

That is declare the SVG namespace locally instead of as a global prefix.
