Onyx Boox T68 Lynx USB Problem

I had posted this question in the Onyx Boox section, but no one was able to help, so I am asking again in the Calibre section.

I have been using my Onyx Boox T68 Lynyx for about ten months now and I have enjoyed it. But recently I have encountered a new problem when connecting to Calibre via USB cable.

I am no longer able to add an epub to my device using a USB cable. Right click / Send to Device / Send specific format to / always results in the epub being converted to azw3 format.

To try to fix this, I have done a factory re-set. I have updated the firmware. I have done another factory re-set. Still, I can't send epub format to the device from Cailbre using the USB connection.

I am able to copy the file from the computer to the device by dragging and dropping from a file manager ... but not through Calibre.

Interestingly, I have no problem at when when using Calibre Companion. I transfer epubs easily.

Any suggestions?

Right click the device icon in calibre, select configure this device and make sure epub is ticked in the list of formats to send to the device.

Calibre is amazing. It has so many pieces to it. You did a great job. Thank you for Calibre, and thank you for your help.
