I just read an article about the new upcoming Android version and its tentatively stated final preview released is on August 17, 2015. What are your thoughts about this new update?

See the MR Posting Guidelines, in particular the part about the maximum image size allowed (600x600 pixels).

If you haven't fixed your image by the time a moderator stops by, it will be deleted.

You can use the handy attachments feature instead (in the Go Advanced reply mode) or resize it and host it yourself.
