I had a quick skim over three random sections of this, and despite what the blurb implies, there seemed to be absolutely no visible faith mentions or other "inspirational" content to this and it gives cromulent secular-compatible advice and anecdotes on budgeting, planning, and sorting out other issues, so quite likely less religious types will be able to make good use of it as well.

Currently free, probably just for the next couple of days @ B&N (also UK), Amazon (available to Canadians & in the UK), iTunes & Google Play (both available to Canadians and watch out if buying directly from device on Google, because there's another non-free edition), ChristianBook (DRM-free ePub available to select countries), and may also be free via other venues listed on the publisher's web catalogue page.
