I tried it, and cannot remember why I rejected it. Likely not flexible enough for my requirements. Until a reader comes along which emulates Stanza's ebook management method, I'm just not interested.

Kybook is another nice one. Lovely presentation, lots of choices... but not *that* |

Re: Kybook -- Thanks for pointing this out! It does have some nice features, but it's giving me weird paragraph spacing, even when I set it to "0" and "-" Not sure why <shrug> Last edited by odamizu; 09-13-2015 at 12:34 AM. |

Customization is limited but highlighted text is synced with Evernote and can be shared by email. You also get a weekly email with your highlights for the previous week.

There doesn't appear to be any note taking capability but I suppose you could add your notes in the Evernote app. |

I think the Evernote thing might be its only real redeeming feature at the moment. If you use Evernote. I havent used it for a long long time.

There's also no dictionary along with other things we have come to take for granted.

Read uploads your books to their systems rather than using your iCloud storage or even Dropbox. A pretty poor decision in my opinion. I don't trust their service nor do I have an agreement with them. I love the Evernote annotations and wish Marvin or Gerty did that. Not enough to hand over my books to a free app and ???? privacy policy though.

MarginNote syncs notes and highlight with Evernote. The app itself is not as smooth as Marvin and some aspects are a bit clunky, but it's been getting better, and I love the way it handles both endnotes and personal notes.
