How to set a display of reading page on sleeping stage?

Sleeping /Power off stage, It always shows at cover page.
I read Pdfs/epubs at page x, it goes into sleeping /power off stage and shows at cover page.

Are you referring to an incorrect percent read shown during sleep/power off or displaying the cover if cover display is enabled? The former is a bug in some versions of Kobo's firmware. For my epub ebooks, the % read on the sleep display seems close to correct with firmware 3.17.3. The latter where the cover is displayed (if cover display is enabled) during sleep or power off is by design. You can disable the display of the cover during sleep or power off but then you get a blank page with sleeping or power off. When you wake up your ereader, it should start at the page you were last reading. When you power on and select your current book from the home page, it should open the book at the last page read.

You could enable the cover display, display covers as full screen and do not show the info panel on full screen covers under Setting/Sleep and see the more or less full page cover with Sleeping/Power Off or the % read.
