Moon Reader Pro Highlights/Bookmarks out of order

Hi guys,

First post on this forum, wondering if you could help me out.
I have an Asus transformer running moon reader pro (up to date)

I've had Moon reader pro for the past year or so and all is good. The issue i have (that i couldn't find on the internet anywhere) is in the highlight function of the reader. I basically got the reader so i could highlight/bookmark and then export the highlights so that i would have nice summary notes of the book that i had just finished. I love this function. But the problem is they're out of order.

Lend me your ear and let me explain a little further:
For the most part they are in the order that i highlighted them. But the issue is in the transition between pages. It seems that the highlights you create from the top of the next page jump in front of the previous page highlights and this keeps on repeating. You can try it by highlighting a few pages from a book yourself but make sure you highlight the last paragraph/sentence of a page and continue at the first sentence/paragraph of the next page. Try that for a few pages then go look at your bookmarks and look at the order. It does this for a few different book formats for me.

If there is a known fix for this issue please let me know how to fix it.
The reader updates regularly and recently did an update.
Also if this is in the wrong forum feel free to let me know
