Big Size Bluetooth Keyboard (no dongle)

Hi,

I am looking for a large sized bluetooth keboard, without a dongle, to use with an Onyx Boox M96 android/bluetooth e-reader.

I got the Logitech K810, which I like a lot, but was wondering if there was anything larger, like a standard sized keyboard ?

You need to include either android or iOS in your search string so you don't get a dongle-based solution.

Why would a bluetooth keyboard require a dongle?

I Bet it does not, Just that it is INCLUDED.

None of my desktop systems have native Blutooth. I have USB dongles attached.

If it has the Blutooth Logo, just put the dongle away (or use it with another system)

So far, I've had the best luck with non bluetooth wireless keyboards. I just open the factory sealed box, unpack everything, plug in the dongle, and start typing. (Battery install or charge may have also been needed, depending on model.)

I won't disagree with your findings (never had a problem with those type either).

The OP wanted/NEEDED Bluetooth for use on a Tablet (Probably, did not have a native USB type A port)

Discovering these host adapters were a thing has changed my life. Not just for convenience - being able to hook up a mouse when your touchscreen stops working and you have to reinstall a driver is way more efficient than doing the "fifteen button press combos to enter a reset state" routine.

the m96 has built-in bluetooth 4.0, so there is no need for an external dongle. whether the keyboard comes with one or not doesn't matter. just don't use it.

I have the TAB2 (connector) equivalent. It works with a flash (pen) drive, but USB overloads when I plug in a portable (book size) Keyboard

I assumed

the OP did not want ANY adapters

Thanks for all the answers, I didn't know one could use a dongle keyboard without a dongle !!

gives lots more choice in choosing a bluetooth keyboard, and at lower prices !!!

I also got excited about USB OTG cables, but I don't think that they are supported on all devices ...

Anyone know if the Onyx Boox M96 supports these ?
