"Check book" not checking local URLs
I notice that "check book" doesn't report any errors for links of the form
<a href="#anchor"> ... </a>, whether or not "anchor" exists. This can of course be worked around by prepending the file name, so if the above link is in file "foo.html" it can be expanded to "foo.html#anchor" and will then be checked. But, rather than working around the problem, can I request that the "check book" tool be modified to check these cases directly? |

As far as I recall it does check those, but if you have a book where it is not working, open a bug report and atatch it, and I will take a look when I have a moment
