A Table by the Window by Lawana Blackwell is her contemporary literary suspense drama novel with romantic elements, starring a young woman who unexpectedly receives a substantial inheritance in a charming small town, which starts to seem like an idyllic change of lifestyle, until the murders begin… (dun dun dun!), free courtesy of Christian publisher Baker's Bethany House imprint.

This apparently has relatively strong romantic elements in it as the power of love seems to be important and it's got praise from dedicated romantic review outlets. However, the customer reviews also indicate that it's strongly centred on the twisty suspense surrounding the protagonist (apparently it's not really a whodunnit as the mystery portions are revealed relatively early to the Gentle Reader, but not the heroine) in a non-romance-y way. YMMV.

Might also drop or already be free in certain regions @ ChristianBook (ADE-DRM ePub available worldwide), where these things normally show up, but this one is being a little stubborn today.
