You also reopened a year old thread (Points for looking), but forum practice is that old posts, are usually stale, current state of calibre technology and you should start your own thread (Use New Thread Button) because something is really different.

PS The Mobileread Guidelines (These contain rules-not-to-run-afoul-of) button is at the bottom of any forum .
