Smile [TIP] - Win10, Firefox, BBCode Extra and MR board
After upgrading to Win10, I noticed various little things had gone awry with this, and other boards, notably the edit box lost its resize hook (bottom right corner).

The solution was to upgrade to the latest version of the BBCode Extra extension for Firefox.

By definition no, because the solution was to "upgrade to the latest version of the BBCode Extra extension for Firefox". Surely that implies that it was already installed, and that the old version was the cause of things going awry.

Not here mate - auto update is off, I normally update FF and its add-ons on Sundays.

I was surprised that the upgrade to Win10 caused a Firefox addon to misbehave - so far its the only surprise.

It made a difference because I edited the PI index, editing that monster is fiddly at the best of times, because the PI updater is sensitive to 'cosmetic' errors, so doing it in a small fixed size edit box is a right royal pain in the posterior.

You do know you can resize that box? There are two arrows on the right hand side of the header; the top arrow decreases the size of the box; the bottom one increases the size...

I mis-thought they changed the font size

But the text box resizing with the 'thing' at bottom right was just one irritant

All the lists lost there little arrows, and I'm not sure that ctrl/b etec were working.

Anyway I'm probably one of the few (only ?) people who does not auto-update Firefox add-ons, who upgraded to Win10, who uses BBCodeXtra, and the text box resize hook at bottom right :lol:
