How to dismantle T68?

My T68 since very beginning has tendency to reboot with no apparent reason. At one point it started happening around 50% of battery life. Then I sent it to get it fixed. I got my T68 back and... it wasn't fixed. It was just happening around 5-10% instead.

For a while. Afrer few weeks of usage it was back to reboots at 50%. I've been posting about it on this forum and onyx guys told me to send it on warranty. I did, and it was better again(but not fixed).

After few weeks it was again at above 50% energy reboots. I will add that it might happen once per 10-15 minutes, but sometimes it happens after one turn page!! Or as soon as I re-enter my reading app. It doesn't matter if I use only stock apps, it can happen with them too.

So then I sent it to onyx 3rd time. 3rd time the charm, isn't it? Well, nope. It was again around 5-10%, and after few weeks it was as bad as always. Oh well, I decided it was not worth the hassle and I couldn't return it.

So what happened afterwards? Now I'm sitting on 80% energy charged and the device restarts after I read a page or two. If I charge it to 100% it works alright, but getting from 100% to 80% sometimes can happen within a day depending on usage. And since T68 drains energy like crazy even when in sleep mode it often does.

I think they never fixed the issue and it's some loose thing inside they just fastened each time. My warranty has already passed so I want to try fixing it myself. Even if I break the device in the process it will only give me good reason to buy new, better device. But I am not sure how to dismantle the thing and I couldn't find any instructions or videos. Anyone has tried dismantling it?

Ok, it was simple beyond belief. Probably simplest device I ever opened. Just lever the lid with screwdriver, done.

First thing I noticed was that cable connecting battery with PCB was barely connected and loose. It wasn't put in straight, but a bit crooked. It's also very easy to move it around and it's still pretty loose. I suspect this was the reason for all my pains till now.

Anyway, I fixed the connection and I'll see if it helps. If it was the reason for the device malfunctioning all along then I'll be angry at myself for not opening the device due to warranty. And at Onyx for never fixing it properly.
