PW2 not cleaning up when books removed from device
I have noticed that when I remove a book from my PW2 that there will be leftover folders and sometime files. Other than deleting them using usb connect from my computer or doing a reset of the device is there any other way to clean them up.

Those are the annotations/progress files. Since sideloaded books are not synced to Amazon, annotations are not deleted with the book, allowing you to re-sideload them and have your annotations back.
Books that are in Amazon's Cloud will have those files removed. When calibre removes a book from the device, it will remove the annotations folder as well. Or you can manually remove them via USB. Considering that they will usually total a couple kilobytes, I wouldn't even bother.

At least I now know why they are there. Most of the books I load from Amazon but I do have a large calibre library that I do read a few books from.
