Shouldn't we be getting a decision on the Apple appeal soon?
I've been looking for any updates but it's been quiet since the 12/15/14 hearing. Does anyone have an idea of when there should a ruling?

They just recently lost the appeal over the antitrust monitor. The appeal dealing with their liability (how much they'll have to pay) is still pending.

I believe that the appeal that he is talking about is the appeal on the original verdict, not an appeal dealing with their liability.

I'm a bit surprised that it's taking this long as well.

Right, I'm up to date on all the side issues.

I was just wondering when we'll get answer to the big one. We are now just a few days shy of 6 months since the case was heard. How long does it typically take the Second Court to spit out a decision?

It can sometimes take over a year. The 2nd Court heard the appeal of the SEC-Citigroup settlement rejection on Feb. 8th, 2013. The settlement rejection was overturn on June 4th of 2014.
