Notes/highlights Manager

HI androids,


assuming that I tag my highlights with notes

I need to know if I buy an android eink reader if I can have all these features with a sw or a native app

1) manage thousands of notes
2) search through them inserting queries
3) navigate through the notes "fragment/activity" on click go to the place when i need it, and navigate back( I need basically to study by the notes, diving into the contents when needed!)
4)See all the notes/highlights togheter without cuts( if I highlighted ten rows, i want to see them)
5) see the notes highlights both per book than all the books


I am also assuming that I have good offline dictionaries integrated, and this software allow me to order the book in collections and by last read, and offer me pdf reflow maintaing highlight and notes, if you say not I will ask the last requisite my ereader should have
