Move/Copy books from one library to another?

I would like to keep my main library on a removable disk, and a local library on internal disk. When adding some books, I just add them into the local library. I know how to do these as I can simply switch libraries in Calibre. But I would like to merge (move) the books from the local library into the main library once in a while. How can I do this?

FYI, there is a "copy to library" function that can be added to the right-click menu. To add it, do Preference->Toolbar, then choose "Context Menu ...".
