Moon+ Reader "Preview with Publisher Format"

I an reading an epub book that contains text formatted within tables. By default, the text shows up as separate paragraphs, even if I enable CSS styles (Settings -> Miscellaneous under 'Epub/mopbi/fb2/chm/umd'). I found a "Show Preview with publisher format" option in the same section. This displays a button in the top bar that switches to a long page format closer to what I expect to see. It also allows me to zoom in on images.

Long chapters are broken up into segments. The end of the first segment shows what looks like a hyperlink in the form '[1/2]'. However, I have never been able to get to the next segment. Tapping, even with a stylus, just brings up the options. I am able to tap on other hyperlinks.

Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? I can switch out of Preview mode but am stuck with poorly rendered text for the second part of the chapter.

Thanks, Norbert
