I love how they say it's not waterproof yet the girl reading is sitting on some sort of water chair in the pool.

Yeah. With "a hole for the scroll wheel" I'd never take it that close to water.

I still think the one gallon baggie idea is the best...making triple sure its well sealed, of course.

I just mentally command the Kindle to hover over the water and not get wet. Of course, this only works in areas you get EVDO++ reception.
