Change Catalogue author?
Is it possible to change the catalogue author from "calibre"? I've changed the title to "000---Catalogue---000" so it shows up first by title on my Kindle (tried "#Catalogue" first, but that appears under "C") and I want to make it show up first if I list by author too... at the moment I'm doing this by hand, which is a real pain.
