Marvin.backup file, extract books from this?

Extract individual books from Marvin.backup file on Mac or PC?

I have way too many books on my ipad within Marvin. The problem is some of these books are "only" in Marvin and not backed up on the computer. I'd like to delete Marvin completely and still have the ability to get individual books from Marvin's backup file that is in Dropbox. Is this possible?

I'm not sure about the backup question, but you are able to send those individual books to yourself via email. Or you could sync with the MarvinXD Calibre plugin...then you would have all your books in your Calibre library. You could then do whatever you wished with any/all of those books.

Or just use iTunes to drag and drop them from Marvin to your PC.

Calibre plug-in never seemed to work when I tried it long ago, I'll try it again thanks.

Itunes, I normally avoid in favor of dropbox, but good reminder in case plug-in doesn't work.
