Lightbulb Nested folder warning/trap

I destroyed (the working copy) of a boxed set because Sigil flattened the (Unknown to me at the time) structure.

Could we trap and warn during the Load phase, before flattening starts?

"Warning: Nested folders detected. Document Damage may occur if saved without fully checking effect on all text files"

Hi theDucks,

Sigil always flattens the structure on input. That said, I have tried to make changes to Sigil in master to work around this and properly come up with unique names for each file without hurting anything but the layout. I will talk to user-none about some sort of warning when it occurs.

If you could post a link to an epub that you know Sigil currently messes up when flattening, I would love to have it to test and fix Sigil master with so that this entire problem goes away when Sigil 0.9.0 is actually released.

Thanks,

Kevin

I just wanted a builtin warning if non sigil named folders are detected, because I know Sigil changes are complex.

I have other, less favored tools if I get warned in time .
The warning would save a pre-Sigil step: unpack, peek, discard the peek

(The boxed-set is copyrighted and huge)
