Kindle store problem on voyage

I'm having a problem in the store on my kindle voyage, if I go into the store and choose books then I can't seem to find how to scroll to the next set of genre. It's probably something really simple but has been bugging me for days now!

Do you mean you want to go back to the genre list? Click the menu button on the upper right (looks like three horizontal lines), then choose "Books."

Or perhaps you mean the next books on the list? Swipe up.

When on the genre list it ends at romance and I can't seem to find anyway to scroll to further genre, I'm pretty sure there must be a science fiction section at least.

Funny, mine lists Science Fiction & Fantasy near the bottom of the first column, just above Sports and Outdoors.

What you can do is click on All Kindle eBooks, then click the Refine button on the upper right. Then choose Subcategory. Swipe up to see the next set of genres.

This what i see when i go into store (using the shopping cart icon) then choose books. Neither of the two columns go as high as S.

Your tip about choosing all books then refine seems to work, though it's annoying that i have to do this.

The reason you don't see it going to S is that the store looks different for everybody. Mine doesn't show graphic novels, while yours does. I never look for them either.

Surely I should be able to scroll to it though, considering more than 50% of my purchase history comes from sf&f I would have thought it should show. I've also never bought a biography, business book, history, religious or political books. Is there anyway to change what you see on this screen?

I'd suggest asking Kindle Customer Service. They are extremely helpful.
