PW 2 Automatic page turn possible?

Device: PW2 (5.4).

Is it possible to get the PW2 to automatically turn pages in user defined speed?

There was a way to do it using text to speech in the old Kindles (3G Keyboard).

Couldn't find it in here and google only shows irrelevant answers or claims it is not possible.

I have got used to it and appreciate this feature when reading on the smartphone and would love to have it on the PW too if possible.

I'm not aware of any way to do this.

I'm not sure it's present, even if it's not present feature, I'm sure it's possible to add.

So if you'd have time to JB your Kindle and install 3rd party software then you could propose this feature to:
KOReader developers on https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=209276
Customized CoolReader developer on https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=229288

I hope this helps )

I have used JB but I am a bit worried about the suggested software.

I am not that skilled and it does feel strange to - if I understand it correctly - install a reader software on the hardware reader. I am scared that I do something wrong and then neither Kindle nor one of the 3rd party software will work.

I hoped for a simple hack or addon but seems I either have to wait or get brave.

Thanks anyway.

This is a pretty simple hack, just install it and go.

It has been well-tested, don't worry. And in the random event that it crashes/does horrible things along those lines, a hard reboot (using the power button) should fix that.
