Error converting MOBI to EPUB

I am trying to convert my latest book into epub from an Amazon.com mobi (DRM-free), but I keep getting this error and I can't figure out what is wrong. I have done this in the past with my previous 2 books without complication, but I don't remember what I did exactly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Calibre has a contribution button (the heart). That is as close as it get to ASK
Some user plugins use the same icon to donate to the PI's author (there is no financial linkage to/from the programs author)

No one forces you to update. Many updates contain revisions to specific news features (that you may not choose to use).
