Error converting ePub to mobi (both)

I haven't changed any settings, and this is the method I've used to convert hundreds of other books, with no errors.

I'm using OS X 10.10.3 and Calibre 2.19.

The error is:

When trying to modify the same ePub using the "Modify ePub" function, I get this error:

Both those errors indicate there is a problem with the epub file.

Under the covers an epub file should be a 'zip' file with a different file extension. The error messages indicate that the epub file does not appear to be a valid zip file.

The ePub you are trying to convert is corrupt. There's nothing that can be done to fix it. You'll have to try to download it from the placer you got it.
