There's a brief intro and a few contextual notes in the back of this edition, which is otherwise a public domain book, from the looks of it. Non-religious types who are interested in having a first-hand look (well, technically 3rd-hand, since it's passed through a compiler, and then a translator, and then probably to a 4th hand for updating for the modern reader like Baker sometimes does with their public domain reprints) into a pre-Industrial mindset may also find this of interest.
