I'm converting an EPUB to PDF file. Calibre does a perfect job of detecting and converting my EPUB Table of Contents into a PDF Table of Contents and I can navigate using my PDF reader.
However, what I want is a physical table of contents because I'm making this PDF to print a physical book. Is there a way to do this? Thank you. edit: I didn't figure it out, but I just made a TOC page manually. It didn't take too long. Last edited by Books987; 01-25-2015 at 12:06 AM. Reason: problem solved |

Look under the PDF Output section of the conversion dialog.
