Setting number of pages when sending a book to a Kindle

Check the device driver preferences. Looking at the Kindle 2/3/4/Touch/Paperwhite I see the following options:

Send page number information when sending books
- fast
- accurate
- pagebreak
Custom column to retrieve page counts from
Custom column name to retrieve calculation method from
Overwrite existing apnx on device

Many thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I created a Custom Column with unformatted integers and entered its name in "Custom column name to retrieve page counts from" in "Configure this device". I tested it with a few entries in the Custom Column: it performed correctly.
