Free (nook/Kindle/iTunes/ePub) A Garden to Keep [Award-Win Xtian Contemporary Novel]

A Garden to Keep by Jamie Langston Turner (Wikipedia) is her award-winning contemporary literary fiction novel starring an older woman who undergoes a crisis of self and faith and gradually rediscovers the joy in her life, free courtesy of Christian publisher Baker's Bethany House imprint.

This won the 2002 Christy Award in the Contemporary Fiction category.

Currently free, probably just for one day @ B&N (may also drop in the UK), Amazon UK (slated to drop in the main store), Kobo & iTunes & Google Play (all available to Canadians), and ChristianBook (ADE-DRM ePub available worldwide).

And this has been the selected 3rd (non-repeat) free ebook thread of the day.

Pretty much by default, but it's nice that the Gentle Readers in the audience who actually read faith-exploring contemporary literary fiction are getting an award-winning example of it new to try out, so I have no qualms about appreciating its appearance on their behalf even if I've no interest in any of today's official publisher promo offerings myself (well, okay, I might look at Augustine and maybe peek inside the Chicago Fire historical; but those are technically repeats).

Enjoy!

Description
Elizabeth's story is like that of a garden left untended for too long, with weeds as bounteous as blossoms and stone walkways buried beneath tangled vines and daffodils. Beauty to be found, though amidst much neglect.

When betrayal strikes at the heart of her very existence, Elizabeth Landis retraces the path of her life and her marriage, discovering along the way memories both painful to the touch and a joy to embrace. Pruning the garden of her life requires an honesty new to Elizabeth, but offers the promise of mercy...and perhaps even a grace to bestow.

Abby Landis' conversion is real, but will her new faith be strong enough to overcome a trial that goes to the heart of her life?
