Help with Kobo reading stats
Hi, I'm new to the Kobo and have a new Kobo H2O. I've installed the touch extended plugin and converted my mobi eBooks to KePub, but I'm not getting the reading statistics on my Kobo. Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately the majority of the stats are only available in kEpubs directly downloaded and installed from Kobo, either via a WiFi sync or via Kobo desktop.

At one time these stats also were available for side loaded kEpubs but for a long time now, they are not available. This was a design choice made by Kobo.

Unless I'm missing something, this is incorrect. I sideload converted kePubs and I get reading stats.

When I am reading a Kobo purchased and synced ebook, I get 5 icons on the bottom right of the screen when I tap the center of screen while reading. The usual trio of hamburger (3 horizontal lines) menu, font (Aa) menu and reading position (double headed arrow) menu plus a related reading (two overlapped diamonds) icon and a reading stats (bar graph) icon. When I read a converted to kepub ebook, the related reading and reading stats icons are not present. The hamburger menu also adds a Write a review option while reading a Kobo synced ebook.

You can get the reading stats from the home page/extras menu or the books finished/hours read tile but just easier to get them from inside the book.

And the fact that you don't need to leave the book to see them. And personally, I find that graph of chapters a great way to see how far through a book I am.

I agree, I like to have some vague idea of how long a chapter is going to be. With sideloaded books, I don't have that anymore.

I think sideloaded epubs reading stats were removed after firmware 2.9

There was a plugin here (no longer updated) https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=211135
