Can't convert Mobi to Epub

I have problems converting many Mobi files to Epub. I haven't yet modified anything to the default settings.
Here is the error message I got for the last file. I am not very proficient with the languate so not sure what the problem actually is.

That indicates your mobi file is corrupted. It is filled with null bytes.
