Shorcut request: Load plugin from file

Hi,

I haven't found any keyboard shortcut for this function, and I use it a lot (in same cases over and over if I'm testing something), so.. does the shortcut exist or could it be added?

If you want test a plugin, use the technique described here:

Thank you, I've checked it, but there're more situations aside of test that I load them (I'm afraid I reach the threads before the plugins reach official distribution

).

Anyway no problem, I'll go the usual route.
