Pricing Oddities at the Kobo Store

Be aware...

I noticed today that quite a few Agatha Christie books had dropped to $1.99 or $3.99. When clicking on the books and going to their individual pages some of the books show a newly increased price of $9.60, a 30% increase of the standard $6.99 they usually are.

If you add them to your cart and only look at the Cart dropdown button, the price is still the reduced price.

When you get to the checkout page you get a mixed bag.

Happy Shopping!

What country? Here in Canada her books have been $11.99 ever since the 99 cent sale ended several months ago.

I bought all of the Miss Marple novels back in August from Kobo for 99 cents and picked up a few of the Hercule Poirot ones as well, kicking myself now for not buying all of them when they were 99 cents.

I do see some of her short stories at prices like $1.99 and up.
