Calibre 1.48, Kobo Glo 3.12.0 and "My Collections"

Hi, greetings

I have a Kobo Glo, that i updated some days ago, to 3.1.0

The new firmware is much better, but i have one big problem... there is no way to erase "Collections" (before was shelves)

I google...google... and finally downloaded Calibre

I installed Calibre 1.48 (I use XP x64), checked the option "attemp to support new firmware"... and i follow some tutorials to manage shelves...

No luck to manage "My collections" in Calibre... If i create a shelve, and put some comics, the shelve is created in the Kobo, but inside no books, just the names, and say "buy the book"

And the big problem is that once a collection is created by calibre, the kobo get totally unstable, until i erase this collection

In the worst case, I dont want to upload books, just manage the collections, because manage collections in kobo is hard to impossible.....

Any help? someone have a idea what to do? im totally lost

First of all, if at all possible get to a current version of calibre (unless of course you are constrained to using 1.48 because you have XP).

Then, within calibre DO install the "Kobo Utilities" plugin.

Finally, please DO read Kobo_Shelves_and_Collections on the Wiki (or the older version of it Quick Guide to Shelf Management with calibre 0.9.1 & above (Touch / Glo / Mini /Aura) in the forums).
