TOC fine in Epub but not in Mobi

Hi all, I have a book which has a TOC that works fine in the epub. When converting to Mobi the TOC has missing entries and a lot that say (untitled). When I view the epub in Calibre editor it doesn't matter what changes I make the TOC breaks when I convert to mobi.

However, I have the last version of Sigil so ran the epub through that, generated the TOC, made all the changes, saved and converted file to mobi through Calibre. All is well.

As Kovid has kindly added the editor to Calibre and Sigil is technically no more it would be great to use the one platform.

Is there anything I might be missing in the Calibre editor?
