Associating external "index" file with book
I have a large collection of Origami books. For each I have an associated text file "index" of the models that are diagrammed in that book. I know I can put this list in the comments metadata in the Calibre library, but having an associated external file is useful for other purposes. My question: can I somehow tell Calibre this file is there and keep it along with other files if I move/export the book? Or have it used *as* the comment when viewing in Calibre?

You can add the TXT file as an ebook format.
