6&7 on keypad not working
i have a kobo glo and when i am asked to apply my password i cannot get the numbers 6 or 7 to work in fact when i tap 7 i get 8 ,i have two books pending which will not download, please help, i dropped my kobo onto the carpet ,would this have done it?

A likely reason is that there is some dirt stuck under the bezel. Cleaning around ethe dge of the screen will probably fix it.

You could also install Kobo Desktop and do the download of the pending books via it.

Agree with davidfor. Use canned air and blow all around under the bezel, or use a soft bristled brush to clean out under it.
