SurfPad 3 (7") loading very slow

Hiya,

my Surfpad 3/ 7" is loading very slow now. 5% takes several hours!
I already replaced the basic USB cable, no help.

No matter if I load via the included power adapter, or from a PC. Seems it "freezes" sometimes when loading, and actually stopped loading - woken up from standby it says "loading at 40%" for instance, when unlocked it's actually 23% ...

Usually it loaded in about 3 - 4h from close to zero to full.

Anybody has an idea what is wrong here? What shall I do (Germany)?

Thanks! Have a good time!

PS: Is there any information when the SurfPads 4 will hit the market?

Problem solved, can be closed

Hi,

contacted the german customer service *), got a RMA, sent in the SurfPad, got it back repaired (new motherboard) within a week. 0.00 costs. Awesome!

Since "she-that-has-to-be-obeyed" looks greedily at my SurfPad more and more, I'll order a SurfPad 4 as soon as available ;-)

Have fun, JG

*) Very friendly & helpful ladies there, even if I have no invoice anymore, they asked for serial number to check if warranty was possible. Was possible!
