Wireless device connected: Weird behavior

Prior conditions (W7HP Calibre 2.8 x64)
I had previously used connect to folder (SD card).

When I launched CC wireless from my Tab2, it connected
The On Device column in Calibre showed the Ticks from when the SD card was connected (the card is back in my PEz)

The wrong ticks still shows with status: Analyzing books on device 99% (many minutes)
Finally The On Device status updates with the correct markings.

Shouldn't the On Device column be cleared immediately if the device is not the same?

In calibre the ondevice indications are set once the books are matched. The (many minutes) process is doing the book matching, as well as a lot of other things such as read syncing and book file-time checking if you have enabled either option.

It might be possible that they be cleared upon initial connection. I will look into that.
