The Family Dinner Date Cookbook is a parent and/or other caretaking adult & child joint activity cookbook with recipes designed to be made with the kids' participation in order to help instill healthy eating and food preparation habits from an early age, free courtesy of the Monday Campaigns initiative, which encourages families to set aside time once a week for doing just that, and is quote-unquote "a non-profit in association with Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public health, Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and the Maxwell School at Syracuse University".

This contains 12 healthy recipes with the instructions separated into steps that a kid can do alone, or that the adult should do instead, or that they can both do together, along with some food-related trivia facts and tips for each recipe. It's also a double-page spread layout which is meant to be printed or at least viewed on a large screen and not optimized for dedicated-device e-reading, unfortunately.

This is a really well-done book! Thanks for posting it! I know that there are some pdf-haters out there in Mobilereader land, but I certainly can live with them (the pdf's).
